    Temporary Resident Card (TRC)

    In Poland, a Temporary Residence Card (Karta Pobytu Czasowego) is a document issued to non-EU/EEA nationals who have been granted a temporary resident permit (zezwolenie na pobyt czasowy). This card serves as both and identification document and a proof of legal residence in Poland

    Key Facts About the Polish TRC:

    1. Issued to foreigners staying in Poland for more than 3 months for purposes such as  work, study, family reunification, or business.
    2. Typically granted for a period of 1 to 3 years (depending on the reason of stay).

    Work Permit in Poland

    A work permit is a legal document that allows non-EU/EEA citizens to work in Poland.

    Types of Work permits:

    1. Type A - For those employed by a Polish employer.
    2. Type B - For board members residing inPoland for more than six months in a year.
